This blog started in 2015 with the description below:
In June 2014, I was around 82-85kgs -having a popular hormonal disorder among women called PCOD and on the verge of obesity, I decided to change my lifestyle. Since then, every single day I have researched about nutrition and fitness related articles and read numerous books and have talked to a lot of people regarding losing weight and other related issues. What I have come to realise is, it s not as hard as people make it sound, you know? It is just about the basics which are getting hindered because of our Westernised lifestyles. One doesn’t need to punish themselves to look good, you need to embrace and love your body to shed those extra kilos or transform yourself from flabs to abs. And I want to share with you everything I have learnt- and still learning.
