I am trying to shed some kilos and I am trying to enjoy this whole journey as you always say. But I really get impatient at times and mess up my whole routine.can you share what made you stuck to your plans for two whole years and even now?
And i am a person who feels the need to eat every 2 hour. So can you share some tasty, healthy low calories snacks tht can be consumed on a daily basis.
Hi, honestly it was the results! When you see your face and body changing (for the good, why wouldnt u want to take it forward? So yeah. Also, i eat a lot too. i pick up random healthy snacks. recent one was roasted soy bean snacks, i also buy max protein protein bars, greek yogurt, fruits, oats, etc.
